We only offer standard domestic shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
    When will my order ship?

    We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

    Where does my order ship from & how long will it take to arrive?
    All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW. Orders usually take 3-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

      Unfortunately we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

      Refunds will be processed promptly and automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Cost of postage back to us will not be included in the refund.

      Your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please remember your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days for your bank or credit card to clear the funds back into your account. All refunds are made at the discretion of kbeing.com.au.
