How To Take
Boil 2 litres of water per 100g of ginseng. Once water has boiled, reduce the heat to a low simmer and infuse the roots over a period of 2-3 hours. Use caution and never leave the stovetop unattended. Drink straight away as is, or add honey for a sweeter taste. Store left over decoction in the fridge.
Drink 90ml up to 3 times a day.
