Returns Policy

We want you to love your experience with K—Being as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused and resaleable condition in its original packaging
  • you’ll also need a valid proof of purchase, such as receipt or confirmation email

K—Being can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (kbeing.com.au). Products purchased from our brick-and-mortar locations must be returned to the location of purchase, in accordance with the location’s own return policy.

How do I start the return process?

To start a return, send us an email at help@kbeing.com.au with your order number and the name of the products you didn't love.

How long will my return take?

For returns via post, products typically take 7 to 10 business days to reach us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. 

Will my shipping fee be refunded?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and do not offer exchanges on any of our products. 

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed promptly and automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Cost of postage back to us will not be included in the refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please remember your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days for your bank or credit card to clear the funds back into your account. All refunds are made at the discretion of kbeing.com.au.
